Master
- At least 18 months experience (6 months x 3 contracts or at least 3 vessels) as Master on-board vessels larger than Handymax
- Vessel trade experience should be worldwide
- With valid, updated documents
Chief Officer
- At least 12 months experience (6 months x 2 contracts or at least 2 vessels) as Chief Officer on-board vessels larger than Handymax
- Vessel trade experience should be worldwide
- BMI should not be over 30
- With valid, updated documents
Chief Engineer
- At least 12 months experience as Chief Engineer (6 months x 2 contracts or at least onboarded 2 vessels with different type of engines not below 5,000 kw/7,000 ps engine size/output)
- With valid, updated documents
1st Engineer
- At least 12 months experience as First Engineer in the same type as the joining vessel and similar type of engine not below 5,000kw /7,000 ps engine size/output.
